What is an RTA test?

The RTA (Return to Activity) test assesses whether your leg—specifically your knee—is ready for load and whether you are prepared to return to training, work, or sports.

We objectively evaluate your strength, stability, balance, and movement control using a variety of tests, comparing your results with your healthy side to precisely determine your current functional level. This includes various jump tests, maximum strength tests, and stability assessments. We also use a questionnaire to evaluate your psychological readiness to return to sports.

This way, you know exactly where you stand in your rehabilitation process and what is still needed to safely move on to the next phase.
