AktivTeam GmbH is committed to making its website accessible. The legal basis for this is the Bavarian Disability Equality Act (BayBGG) and the Bavarian Accessible Information Technology Ordinance (BayBITV) in conjunction with EU Directive (EU) 2016/2102.

Our goal is to make the website as accessible as possible in accordance with the requirements of BITV 2.0 and the European standard EN 301 549 (corresponding to WCAG 2.1, conformance level AA).

Status of compliance with requirements

This website is partially accessible. The requirements of the BayBITV are partially met. The assessment is based on an internal analysis using the Siteimprove tool, which currently shows an accessibility score of 83/100. The site is undergoing continuous optimization.

Non-accessible content

The following content is currently not yet accessible:

• The interactive map used for location display may not be accessible via keyboard or screen reader.
• Some of the forms used do not yet have optimized labels or contrast ratios.
• Other areas of the website are currently under review.

We are continuously working to identify and resolve existing barriers.

Technical implementation

This website was created using the Webflow service. It uses HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP for the contact form.

Ongoing maintenance and accessibility development are managed by an external service provider: Martin Langenberg (www.martin-langenberg.design)
