You are the heart of the practice, welcoming our patients and creating an inviting, trusting atmosphere.
You manage appointments, handle billing, and provide information regarding co-payments and services.
You are the face of the office and reception area, managing patient intake and ensuring their well-being with a professional service mindset so that our therapists can focus entirely on treatment.
You handle all organizational tasks and ensure smooth, efficient operations—always with the goal of providing optimal support for the practice and managing it with a patient-centered approach.

You know that a practice sometimes requires improvisation and flexibility – and that is exactly what motivates you.
You have experience in practice management or the healthcare sector.
You have strong organizational and communication skills and a service-oriented approach.
You are tech-savvy and confident using practice management software and digital tools.
